Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 1 to 3 or 2-3 business days, depending on your location within Saudi Arabia.

Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You can pay in cash to the Zambeel rider at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number SMS/Email so you can track your order live.

Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the Zambeel rider will make 2 delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the order may be returned.

Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, peak seasons (Ramadan/Eid), or operational issues at Zambeel. We will keep you updated in such cases.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, and AHMAD MART will not be held responsible for such delays.
